This is my personal blog. It is focused on “Providing Avaya Best Practices Scenarios to help you improve”. My mission is to help Avaya Engineers leverage their influence. I write about Avaya converged solutions, including project management, project-service engineering, telecom adjuncts, and time management. On occasion, I write about things that might not fit these categories.

My Biography

I am currently working for Carousel Industries Of America as an Avaya Service Engineer. I get to service the Central, and North part of Florida, USA. My job is to help customers with their issues, from fixing minor items, to intensive and complex deployments of voice-data solutions.

Prior to Carousel Industries of America, I worked at Ecomm Technologies, and Phonextra (SPS). Both located in northern New Jersey, USA. My wife and I made the move down from NJ to FL to be closer to our family in 2012.

At Ecomm Technologies (2006-2012). I held the roll of Project Engineer for six years; responsible for helping design, configure, install, and maintain many of Avaya products.

At Phonextra (1999-2006). Working as an installer mainly for Mid-Size and Small Avaya solutions. In occasion I got the opportunity of working on Enterprise and SME integrations. Deploying Partner systems, Merlin Legends, Intuity Audix, Active Voice – Repartee, to mention a few.

I have been married to my wife Ilvia for nine years and together for twelve. We have three kids, two sons and one daughter.
