My Biography

I am currently working for Carousel Industries Of America as a Senior Convergence Specialist. I get to help customers from all over the world providing guidance and best practices to solve problems with their telecommunication equipment.

Prior to Carousel Industries of America, I worked at Ecomm Technologies, and Phonextra (SPS/Converged One). Both located in northern New Jersey, USA. My wife and I made the move down from NJ to FL to be closer to our family in 2012.

At Ecomm Technologies (2006-2012). I held the roll of Project Engineer for six years; responsible for helping design, configure, install, and maintain many of Avaya products.

At Phonextra (1999-2006). Working as an installer mainly for Mid-Size and Small Avaya solutions. In occasion I got the opportunity of working on Enterprise and SME integrations. Deploying Partner systems, Merlin Legends, Intuity Audix, Active Voice – Repartee, to mention a few.
